Volleyball + STEM = FUN!

We are sure you have never seen a camp like this before! CHAVC's VolleySTEM Camp will be part volleyball skills and drills, part fun STEM math and physics experiments, and even some of both!

Coach Tom Krakow, (PhD. Physics and 14 year Math Olympiad Coach) and Anna Tomkins (BS Math & Physics) will lead the camp.

STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering & Math... add Volleyball, and you have the perfect fun and educational summer camp! We will start off at the club's shaded tables to do math and physics experiments and activities, some with direct applications in volleyball. Then campers will move to the sand and hard courts for an hour of volleyball skills and games. Campers can cool off in the club's pool for last hour until parent pick-up!

Dates: Friday Mornings (6/21, 7/12, 7/19)

Time: 9am-12noon

Ages: Rising 5-8th grade boys and girls

Cost: $35/session (for Ridgewood Pool Members) $40 (Non-members - Please pay $35 online and bring an additional $5 for non member pool fee.)
